RENTAL OPTIONS

- Rent the entire studio - 1,600sq ft of open space, small kitchen, two ADA compliant bathrooms, 1 storage/changing room, large lobby area.

- Rent one room - the studio divides in two main rooms by a retractable glass door partition. You can rent only one of the rooms.
​
- Studio + services - rent one room or the entire studio and add our services: dance lessons, wedding dance lessons, team building workshops, private lessons, performances. All services are available for kids and adults. We can also provide a photographer and a caterer for your event.
Salsa With Silvia's owner Silvia Alexiev has a life long passion for dance. She started at the age of 6 and never stopped dancing and teaching others how to dance. Throughout the years her hobby grew into a serious and established business. The current location is the largest Latin dance studio in the DMV area.
Silvia has over 10 years of government work under her belt as a graphics/web designer and TV producer for NASA Television. Working as a public outreach professional is playing key role in running and marketing a successful business. Silvia personally designed the functionality of the studio and picked all finishes and fixtures herself.
Currently she manages a team of over 15 instructors and personnel ready to help make your event a smashing success!
